KEEPING YOUR CHANGES

 

 

 

This is the time to continue to practice the changed behaviors, avoiding triggers that would cause a reversion to previous behaviors and using strategies to overcome any barriers that arise.  All along the road, there will be times when slips occur and progress is lost.  That is to be expected and one needs to not lose sight of the progress made and ultimate goal.
